THE MOST EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB FOR FEMALE C-SUITES & EXECUTIVES IN THE US AND UK

There are several private members clubs for women in the United States and the United Kingdom. Some are for artists, some for businesswomen, some for university graduates, and some for the wealthy. But very few are for female senior executives. And that’s what makes Chief so unique.

CHIEF

Chief is a private members club designed exclusively for female C-Suites (eg. Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer) and senior executives (eg. presidents, vice-presidents, founders, and creators). It caters to women from a variety of backgrounds, industries, organizations, and countries.

Membership in Chief provides access to a community of professional peers, in-person and online, through mentorship, workshops, and events. It offers one-on-one executive coaching, monthly roundtables on the topics that are impacting executive leadership, and monthly 8-12 person hyper-curated peer group coaching sessions. And most importantly it gives female executives the opportunity to connect with like-minded executives; to cross-pollinate ideas; to build a personal board of advisors; and to efficiently discuss business-critical topics and trends.

To date, Chief has hosted 200+ workshops on various topics including DEI, Board Services, Personal Leadership, Career Growth, and Industry Trends & Business Tactics. They have also hosted 2,600+ member-led meetups, both virtual and in-person and 170+ speakers including Michelle Obama, Melinda French Gates, Shonda Rhimes, Robin Roberts, Sara Blakely, Ursula Burns, Bozoma Saint John, Arianna Huffington, Esther Perel, Carla Harris, Amy Poehler, Beth Comstock, and Mellody Hobson.

As Wall Street Journal said, Chief is “the private group where C-Suite women go to power up.”

Chief was launched in 2019 by former Handy and Primary Venture Partners executive Carolyn Childers and former Casper vice-president Lindsay Kaplan in New York. In 2022, it attained unicorn status with its $1.1 billion valuation. That same year, its membership reached 20,000. And in 2023, it was added to Time’s 100 Most Influential Companies.

As of February 2023, Chief has opened physical clubhouses in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and London, England.
