In March 2025, one of the world’s most anticipated hotels opened in Dubai: Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
Jumeirah, Dubai’s state-owned hospitality company, is known for its high-end hospitality services and distinctive architecture. It has several standout properties. One memorable property is their opulent, sail-shaped, 321 meters tall, 7-star hotel: Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. Some say it put Dubai on the map when it opened 20+ years ago. This year, Jumeirah has built another standout property — Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
Elegant, tranquil, and sensual… Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has a sleek, yacht-inspired silhouette. Its structure stretches across the marina with soft curves… smoothly undulating… flowing across until it tapers at both ends.
It curves and flows like a ship sailing the high seas.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is located in Dubai’s most exclusive district, between its sister properties — Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. It offers breathtaking views of the ocean, marina, and city skyline. It has an expansive collection of 300 rooms, 86 suites, and 82 private residences.
Its most grand suite is The Five Bedroom Royal Suite. By adjoining 5 rooms, it provides guests a 1,048sqm spacious 5-bedroom suite, offering a diverse range of luxuries – a large wrap-around terrace with 180° views, a glistening plunge pool, a bar, a gaming area, a dining area for up to 12 people, a nanny room, a dressing room with walk-in closet, a private gym and treatment room, and butler service.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
On its premises, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has 11 restaurants and four bars, offering multiple culinary journeys around the world. Some favorites are Iliana which serves Greek cuisine, Kinugawa which serves Japanese cuisine, Rialto which serves Italian cuisine, The Bombay Club which serves Indian cuisine, Mirabelle which serves French cuisine, and The Cullinan which serves European cuisine (specifically steak). It also has Pierre Hermé Paris for French desserts and Umi Kei for an immersive izakaya experience.
FACILITIES
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has 4 swimming pools: the Resort Pool, the exclusive Illiana Pool Club, the Kinugawa Adult Pool, and the indoor spa pool. It also has a private beach, and a marina for super-yachts.
Its spa is called Talise and it spans across three floors. It has floor-to-ceiling views, 13 treatment suites with private terraces, a 20-metre indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a hammam & steam bath, and a dedicated female-only floor to ensure privacy and comfort. It offers Cryotherapy, Far Infrared Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, sound therapy as well as LED Cellular Recovery Masks for the face, neck, and eyes.
