In an exciting collaboration, Italy’s Arsenale Group and Saudi Arabia Railways are launching an ultra-luxury train in Saudi Arabia in 2026. It is called: Dream of the Desert.
The train will feature 30+ private suites and two presidential suites; 2 Michelin-level restaurant cars; and a central Majlis lounge for socializing and relaxation. The train’s interiors will feature desert-inspired hues, rich wood carvings, and custom Murano glass lighting fixtures.
Together, Arsenale Group and Saudi Arabia Railways aim to offer a five-star, ultra-luxury travel experience across the Saudi desert, while blending Italian craftsmanship with Saudi culture and hospitality.
The inaugural journeys will commence at the Al-Shamal train station in Riyadh, traverse through the enchanting landscapes of Hail, and then culminate at the passenger train station in Qurayyat.
